	Thrace Gas Project



	The Edirne gas project is Incremental’s second major project in Turkey, and is rapidly being advanced to commercialisation. The large concession area (some 50 km east to west), and favourable geological environment for gas accumulations is demonstrated by six proven discoveries and one possible gas discovery from seven wells drilled to date. Front end engineering design has now commenced. The geochemical and seismic projects and substantive drilling program in 2008 have uplifted the Edirne concession reserves. First production is now scheduled for mid 2009. Preliminary marketing studies have identified a number of immediate gas markets at current prices above A$10.50 per mcf.
