Chris was formerly Director, Corporate Strategy and Planning, Woodside Energy Ltd, retiring in October 2003 after 23 years' service. Key responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions, strategy and business planning, portfolio management (economics) and external affairs. Chris is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of Alinta Network Holdings Pty Ltd and a Director of Geodynamics Ltd and Indian Pacific Ltd.

Mr Gerry McGann B. Sc (Hons)

Gerry McGann is a founding shareholder of Incremental.

Gerry has more than 30 years experience in the upstream oil business on all five continents. He has discovered significant oil pools in Australia, the Middle East and the North Sea and was instrumental in increasing Occidental Petroleum’s production in Oman from 32,000 to 52,000 bopd in only 3 years. He was one of four chief geoscientists in the 30,000 strong Baker Hughes company, involved in geological and engineering studies on some of the worlds largest oilfields.
Gerry has published widely, has been a invited lecturer with the Society of Exploration Geophysicists and the Society of Professional well log analysts. He is a member of the AAPG, the SPE and is a Certified Petroleum Geologist of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.

Hon. Sandy Macdonald LL.B

Sandy served as a Senator for NSW in the Australian Senate from 1993 to his recent retirement in June 2008.

During the Howard Government he served in the Minisrty as Parlimentary Secretary for Trade (2005-2006) and then as a Parlimentary Secretary for Defence (2006-2007).

During is parlimentary career, Sandy also served as Chairman of the Senate Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade Commitee and for 8 years as Chairman of the Australia Turkey Parlimentary Group.

Sandy is also a Non-Exectutive director of Defence Housing Australia, appointed into the Rudd Government in July 2008

Mr Mark Stowell B.Bus CA

Mark Stowell is a founding shareholder.

Mark has been involved in the public company corporate sector for 20 years, as a manager at Arthur Andersen and subsequently in the establishment and management of a number of successful ventures as principal in a wide variety of industries, mainly in resources.

Mark is also non-executive Chairman of Mawson West Ltd.

Mr Clayton Hyder MAICD

Clayton Hyder is a founding shareholder of the Company.
Clayton is the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Geographe Enterprises Group, a leading technology focused manufacturer of replacement parts for earthmoving and drilling equipment and a major service provider to the mining and oil industries.

Clayton was formerly a director of the Water Corporation (including as chairman of their R&D Committee) and the Bunbury Port Authority. Clayton was the winner of the 2004 Western Region Entrepreneur Award for Retail, Consumer & Industrial Products in Perth, WA.

Mr Jonathan Asquith CA MBA

Jonathan is a chartered accountant with over 15 years corporate experience with major international accounting firms and commerical enterprises. He has held senior executive positions with a number of public and listed Australian companies. Mr Asquith recently completed an MBA and brings to the company considerable experience in financial control, managing and stategic planning of developing businesses. Mr Asquith is also a non-executive director of Enerji Ltd and Mawson West Ltd.
